After years working at a London agency, I saw an opportunity to provide an honest, consultative recruitment service - one that genuinely put long-term relationship building at its heart.
Tired of outdated recruitment practices that focused more on numbers than people, I left a secure corporate job in London in 2007 to create something new: a recruitment partner that companies would actually love working with.
